Refunds/Exchange Policy for General Items
- Order cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
- Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Paras Apparel.
- Exchange voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customers, who desire an exchange.
- No refund or returned item(s).
- Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund/exchange Policy for Couture Items
Scope: this policy applies to all customers of Paras Apparel who are purchasing/buying products from Paras Apparel.
Department: Paras Apparel studio.
Statement: products/skus once purchased shall not be returned, exchanged. We have a no refund policy.
